Hi everyone my name is Daniela Molina, founder of DMA Fitness.
My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, it is all about making sustainable lifestyles changes. My goal is to educate you on how to make permanent lifestyle changes that will help you achieve sustainable goals, get results, and most importantly maintain them.
I was introduced to the fitness industry in 2009, when I began competing in fitness/bikini competitions. My fitness regiment was not sustainable whatsoever, it consisted of over training and extreme dieting. If I wasn’t training for a show, I would binge eat. I came to realize that I needed to make some serious changes. I needed to find a balance where I wasn’t over training, I was properly fuelling my body without depriving myself. I wanted to build a healthy lifestyle that was sustainable.
In 2016 I founded DMA Fitness with the goal to help as many people make sustainable lifestyle changes towards living a healthier happier life.
