Group training consist of either small group training of 2-3 people or a Bootcamp Style class with 10-15 people. Great way to get a workout in a social setting at a lower rate than one on one personal training.

Group Training: Consists of a personalized workout plan aimed at progressively improving fitness and body composition. This is a great way to get the attention to detail that comes with a regular one on one session at a lower rate.

Bootcamp Class: consists of strength training and cardio with the intent to burn calories in a fun and social way.
