Client Highlight – Lauren P
Lauren is a prime example that you can’t always measure progress by the number on the scale. When I started working with Lauren, the number on the scale stayed pretty much the same, however her body fat had dropped by almost 7%.
I always tell clients not to get too caught up with the number on the scale, as it’s not the only way to measure progress.
Lauren’s weight may not have change much but the changes in her body were starting to show – arms and legs were getting leaner and muscle definition was starting to show.
What kept Lauren coming back each session and working her butt off was the changes she was seeing in her body and how she felt after her workouts. She had more energy throughout the day, she was eating cleaner, getting stronger, form and stamina were improving, and overall felt great!
