I often get asked if I #workout while on vacation. I try to workout as much as I can or try to stay #active during the day. Working out and being active is part of my everyday life and I do it because I enjoy it😍. It makes me feel #good! 😊 So why not do it while on #vacation. β €

I love going down south πŸ– , waking up to the #sunrise πŸŒ… , grabbing a #coffee β˜•οΈ and going to the #gym or #beach for a workout πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ .β €

Depending on where the vacation is I try to look for an opportunity to find unique, πŸ’ƒ fun ways to #exercise. Maybe biking πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ , #hiking πŸ₯Ύ , surfing πŸ„β€β™€οΈ , paddle boarding, playing beach volleyball 🏐 , or participate in the activities at your resort – if you’re staying at one. β €

When you stay active while on vacation, you will burn πŸ”₯ more #calories which means you can eat and drink 🍸 a bit more without feeling #guilty or coming back with and extra 5 to 10lbs to lose 😱. β €

This trip to #Cabo we decided to climb πŸ§—β€β™€οΈ Mt. #Solmar. The hike wasn’t particularly difficult – it was short and steep with a #breathtaking view 😍. This is how staying active on vacation can be fun. So if you are ever in Cabo I highly recommend you do this climb.
